We are a friendly and reliable firm that prides itself on good design and good communication. If you are shopping around for an architect please give us a call. There is no charge for an initial meeting, where we get to know you, your project and your ideas. We can offer full or partial services.
Here is a list of what we can do, from start to finish:

INTRODUCTORY MEETING (FREE)

Meet and establish the project brief: type of building, budget, size, style, timing. Check with Council that the project is allowable and has reasonable chance of approval. Provide a written quote, confirming the project requirements.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES / CONCEPT DESIGN

For developers: sketch concepts, yield calculations, and early representation to Council.

DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

Dimensioned architectural plans for assessment by Council planners.
Conformance with regulations, including energy compliance.

CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE
